MC2 Accountants are proud to announce the introduction of a four day week as the new standard working arrangement for our team.
Our journey to a flexible working arrangement has come about as part of our continued investment in our team, empowering them to be their best selves and to foster a working environment that promotes efficiency, productivity, health and happiness.
We are extremely proud to pilot this scheme, which aims to challenge the worst excesses of the ‘work-first, always-on’ culture by championing the importance of family, personal and leisure time.
Our valued clients can rest assured that the processes we are putting in place will ensure no disruption in the great service they have come to expect from MC2. As part of this move we will be implementing a new rostering and working arrangement that will allow our business to operate seamlessly and as normal through this transition and beyond.
Going forward, we will be measuring success based on results and not through an accumulation of hours. We’ll be using intuitive targets and measuring client satisfaction on a team-by-team basis to ensure success not only for our clients, but also for our team members.
