Séan McSweeney co-founded McCarthy McSweeney Accountants, now MC2 Accountants with business partner Jim McCarthy in 2013.
Séan is a specialist in tax consultancy and business advisory services and has advised clients across a number of sectors including retail, hospitality, medical and IT.
Education, previous work experience
In his career, Sean has demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of tax and legal structures and has provided tax consultancy services to Irish family businesses and professionals including accountants, solicitors and financial advisors.
Séan has years of practical experience in all areas of taxation having previously worked with KPMG, Deloitte, McGuire Desmond Solicitors and, most recently, Quintas.
Séan is an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute and Chartered Accountants Ireland, and has lectured for the Irish Tax Institute.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys GAA, rugby and golf.
