Richard joined MC2 Accountants as Audit Director in Jan 2023 having previously worked with Parfrey Murphy and TD O’Neill & Co in Cork.
Richard is a specialist in all areas of audit and assurance engagements with over 15 years’ experience.
Education, previous work experience
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematical Sciences from University College Cork and was admitted to membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2010 while working in private practice, becoming a fellow of ACCA in 2015.
Richard has gained significant experience in audit and technical compliance working in SME practices servicing a range of clients in retail, wholesaling, tourism and IT services amongst others. Richard is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of audit service are provided to all MC2 clients from SMEs up to large multinationals.
Personal
In his spare time Richard has a keen interest in ice and inline hockey and enjoys motorcycling.
