Kenny joined MC2 Accountants in September 2015. His role involves sourcing and executing Irish property transactions with a focus on the Cork market.
In addition, he works as part of the Corporate Finance , Taxation and Private Clients in the following areas:
- Debt Restructuring – advising clients on the options open to them, working with them and their creditors to achieve the best results.
- Structured Finance – arranging solutions to suit clients requirements including:
- Employment Investment Incentive Scheme (EIIS)
- Mezzanine and Debt Products
Education, previous work experience
Kenny holds a BFS from UCD. Prior to joining MC2 Accountants, Kenny held senior roles in Quintas Wealth Management, BDO Ireland and Ulster Bank. His experience includes sourcing and analysing property investments, debt and equity structures, active asset management and distressed debt workout programmes. In addition, he has extensive banking experience, lending to individuals and companies, and also through BES and EII, investing in companies.
