PAYE Modernisation

Commencing on 01 January 2019, PAYE Modernisation is the most significant change made to the PAYE system. It is designed to make PAYE submissions more efficient.
This does not change the way your business calculates PAYE, it simply means that employers will need to report pay and statutory deductions to Revenue in respect of each employee in real time.
